The Board and Train program offered at Region K-9 is our most popular training package. This program involves your furry friend staying at the trainer’s facility for an extended period to receive intensive training. The program aims to surround your dog with a structured lifestyle training, which helps to control bad behaviors and develop good ones at a faster pace. This program has been highly successful in raising well-behaved puppies, correcting negative behaviors, and creating obedient companions.
Contact UsThis program is similar to our original Board and Train Program, as far as skill learning, but offers a very different approach, meaning the whole communication system with the dog is different and based on the E-collar. With the E-collar, we can control 100% of the behavior of the dog at any given time to teach them what behavior will be rewarded and what behavior will get them corrected. This doesn’t mean we can’t communicate with the dog without the collar; rather, it enhances our communication on all levels. Using positive and negative reinforcements correctly will maximize the communication skills of the dog and make our bond stronger.
