Elad has 25 years of experience training varied working dogs including narcotics, explosive detection, K9 patrol work, and IGP sport dogs. Elad began his career as a K9 instructor in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Explosives Detection Division and then continued on to work in the private sector, training more than 250 dual-purpose dogs.

As Head Trainer at Ben Gurion International Airport in Israel, he supervised 8 explosive detection teams. Elad worked closely with high-ranking Israeli Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Organizations to ensure the safety of travelers at one of the highest levels of airport security in the world. Today, he is Head Trainer at Region K9 in Schererville, Indiana, where he coordinates and carries out all aspects of canine training, from pets to detection (explosive, narcotic, and bed bugs), and police dual-purpose dogs from start to finish.
